Download Button

A button that offers files from the share for download. The download can be filtered.

Typical use:

• Make selected files downloadable
• Restrict downloads by label color or file type
• Place a download call-to-action in a presentation

Settings:

• Label
• Scope: Current folder, Entire share
• Label filter
• File type filter
• Button style: Default, Secondary, Outline, Ghost, Link
• Size: small, default, large
• Icon position: left or right
• Alignment: left, center, right

Scope

Under Scope you choose which files the button offers:

• Current folder (default): on the presentation's start page, the button downloads all files of the presentation. Once someone opens a subfolder, it downloads only that folder's files – exactly the ones shown there and counted under "Media".
• Entire share: the button always downloads all files of the presentation, whichever folder someone is in.

Label and file type filters apply on top in both cases.
